Only returns of new products, without signs of use, in their original sealed packaging, and eligible for return under current legislation will be accepted. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any refund of the amounts paid may be made through payment methods different from those used in the original purchase, which will be communicated to the customer in due course, without incurring any additional costs and in compliance with the legally established deadlines.
