Under the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods/products, to freely exercise their right to withdraw from the contract with Le Gourmet Pâtisserie, provided that the return conditions are duly met. Only returns of new products, without signs of use, in their original sealed packaging, and eligible for return under current legislation will be accepted. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
